We have a variety of other adults here too, that add to the fabric of who we are as a school, and I have seen a tremendous investment, in having students from tufts come here either as work -study students, these students may or may not be child development majors, who come and work here several hours a week, up to ten or twelve hours a week, and help in the classroom. I also see the devotion on the teacher's part in having student teachers, or field study students, who are here for less than full time. We also have graduate teaching assistants, who are people who have been accepted into the masters program and have applied to be a graduate teaching assistant here. Which means, assistant teacher in our program during the school year and the afternoons, and then full time during the summers, and they do this for two years, [02:02:00] the entre two years of their degree. They become part of the team. Our teams are made up of a mentor teacher, two teachers, and a graduate teaching assistant who functions as a full time teacher during the summer months, that's very powerful as well, and they are considered full members of our teachings staff. They come to all of our staff meetings. What happening here is a teaching staff that has longevity and many of the people who are here as teachers have become teacher up through the ranks, and have a devotion to the school, but we also have new people coming in every year, who bring new energy and new questions, and new life to us. That's very important and very special.
